Newmark European Footprint Expands into Warsaw

Newmark Global Corporate Services (GCS), an industry-leading corporate real estate services provider, is pleased to announce their continued European expansion with the opening of an additional office in Warsaw Poland. The new Newmark office will house a team of Corporate Real Estate consultants and technologists supporting projects across Europe and in North America.

"Newmark is proud to provide the services and solutions that help organizations compete and grow in today’s global market", said Bernard Hoefsmit, Executive Managing Director, Technology and Consulting. The Warsaw office will work closely with the rest of our global strategic consulting team. Right now, many EU real estate departments are looking for advisory and technology services. The talent available in Poland will help us to also become a strong player in the European market.

Warsaw was selected as part of a location strategy analysis conducted by Newmark. Key criteria for the selection of Warsaw was talent availability, quality of education, language skills, and labor costs. Other cities under consideration were Prague and Bratislava.
